Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. A physical shipping address is required for all orders within the U.S. for Fed Ex and UPS. If you have a P.O. Box, you must select a USPS option at checkout.

All retail orders of in-stock items usually ship within one to two days. Custom orders including engraving usually ship within one week. All orders ship from South Portland, ME, USA.


Special Shipping Notes

  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, the ship date will be the following business day.

  • For shipments to Puerto Rico, please see international shipping checkout information below.

  • The standard shipping rates above apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the above rates apply to each address.

  • There may be an additional shipping charge for multiple items that are oversize or overweight by carrier standards. You will be advised of any additional charges by email before your order is shipped.


Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange or return your purchase to us for any reason within 30 days of purchase and we’ll ship a replacement or refund your money. Please be sure the non-personalized product being exchanged or returned is in new condition and has not been worn or used. Call us at 207-751-1925, and we will issue a Return Authorization number so we can track your return when we receive it. Please note that the return shipping method and charges would be your responsibility.
